There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. These delivery times are the maximum delivery periods that a purchase can take to reach our customers. Delivery may be sooner than this.

We sometimes split orders between multiple parcels. If any items are missing from your delivery, please contact us at info@cleverfoxbooks.com or with your Order Number and allow between 3-5 working days for the rest of your order to arrive.

All of our books are 100% brand new, unread and purchased directly from the publishers in bulk allowing us to pass the huge savings on to you! We process our orders within 24 hours. The orders go into our warehouse to be picked, packed and where appropriate consolidated into one parcel. Our delivery times from dispatch and costs are as follows:

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their orders and with the service that we provide. Our success and objectives, as an online retail company depends on it after all. But on rare occasions, not all goes according to expectations. Where there are issues, you can be rest assured that we care to resolve them to your satisfaction as part of our effort to increase our reputation and quality of service.

The item is not as described (Wrong Items)

The buyer must contact us within 2 working days of receiving the purchased items via Email, Mobile App or by phone to arrange a replacement to dispatch to the buyer. Delivery times to send the replacement can be found on our delivery time’s section above. If a replacement is not available, then the buyer shall be notified that a replacement item is not available and a refund shall be issued once the item is returned undamaged and its own original packaging and shrinkwrap.

The buyer is required to pay return postage.

 

The buyer wants to return the item for a refund and the item is as described

If the order is fulfilled correctly and the item is as described, the buyer must contact us within 2 working days of receiving the purchased items and is required to complete the below:

For undamaged and unopened items:

1) Contact Us via Email, Mobile App or by Phone.

2) Send us your Order Number and reason for return.

3) Return/Ship all purchased items in undamaged form in its original and unopened packaging and provide a proof of return (photo of   shipping or postage receipts).

4) As soon as we confirm the return of the books returned undamaged ,unopened  ( it is visible in every book ) and its own original packaging and shrinkwrap.

5) If a full refund including original delivery costs is required then the entire order needs to be returned back to us within 21 days.

6) Sallins Clever Fox Books shall then offer a credit/coupon to purchase other items from our online shop or we shall provide full refund upon receiving the purchased items.

7) The buyer is required to pay return postage.

For damaged items caused by shipping:

1) Take a picture of the shipping box or the items and send it back to us by Email or Mobile App

2) Provide Order Number

3) Return/Ship all purchased items in its original and unopened packaging and provide a proof of return (photo of shipping or postage receipts).​

4) Sallins Clever Fox Books shall then offer a credit/coupon to purchase other items from our online shop OR provide full refund upon receiving the damaged items.

For damaged or opened items:

1) Take a picture of all the damaged or opened items you would like to return and send it back to use by Email or Mobile App

2) Send us your Order Number

3) Return/Ship all damaged or opened items you would like to return and provide a proof of return (photo of shipping or postage receipts).

4) Sallins Clever Fox Books shall then offer a credit/coupon upon receiving the damaged or opened items, based on overall condition of the received items. These items cannot be refunded in full.

Sallins Clever Fox Books will not pay any of the postage cost that the buyer incurs to return the item(-s) and any postage cost that was paid originally.
